8. 我的作品版權在其他國家有效嗎？

如果該國家和香港一樣，是同一個國際版權公約、條約或組織的成員，閣下的版權在該國家便有效。這些公約、條約或組織包括伯恩公約 (Berne Convention) 、世界版權公約 (Universal Copyright Convention) 、保護音像製品製作者的日內瓦公約 (Geneva Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms) 、世界貿易組織（ World Trade Organisation ）、以及與貿易有關的知識產權協議 (Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights) 。世界上大部分國家都是這些公約、條約或組織的成員。
