4. I have bought a lawful copy of a CD containing a computer game. Will I be liable for copyright infringement if I lend the CD to my friend for him to play the game on his computer?
  
No, provided that two conditions are satisfied:
- you have uninstalled the computer game in your computer before you lend the CD to your friend; and
- your friend agrees to the terms of the user licence for that computer game.
If either condition is not satisfied, you would be liable for authorising your friend to make an unlicensed copy of the computer game.
