IX. Law Society Free Personal Injury Helpline
The Law Society Free Personal Injury Helpline provides assistance to members of the general public who have suffered personal injuries in accidents and need help to make a claim for compensation. This Helpline was established in June 2009. A Panel of solicitors will provide telephone consultations to accident victims for up to one hour free of charge.
You can personally make a call to the Helpline (telephone no: 2840-1211), or a relative or a friend (who must be aged 18 or over) can make enquiries on your behalf.
The help line operates from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, connecting enquirers to a panel of 150 personal injury case legal practitioners. A voice mail service is active after business hours and during public holidays.
