b. Form 1 or Form 2?
Schedule 1 of the Enduring Powers of Attorney (Prescribed Form) Regulation (Cap.501A of the Laws of Hong Kong) contains Form 1, which is to be used when the donor intends to appoint only one attorney.
Schedule 2 contains Form 2, which is to be used when the donor intends to appoint more than one attorney.
Therefore, depending on the donor’s choice of the number of attorneys, either Form 1 or Form 2 must be used.
